• Do we Ship overseas?
  No, Ag, Horse & Pet stores do not ship internationally. Our website is a one of a kind “Click & Collect” specialty online store.
  
• Who are we?
  We are a collective of regional and rural stores that aim to cater to our local communities.
  
• What are our operating hours?
  Most of our stores are open 8.00/8.30am – 5pm on weekdays and 8.30/9.00am – 12pm on Saturdays. Our stores are closed on Sundays and most public holidays, unless otherwise advised.

• When do I collect my order?
  If you have placed an order online and selected store collection, please wait till your local Ag, Horse & Pet store have contacted you either via email or phone. They will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
